We have a dedicated pipework team who can tackle projects both large and small. From adding an additional outlet for new equipment, up to complete compressed air ring-main installation. Our operatives are regularly installing pipework throughout Northampton, Cambridge, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Buckinghamshire, and would be happy to assess your requirement.
Example projects:
TransAir pipework for Aerospace and Defence. Over the last 20 years we have installed/replaced all pipework on this site. With 24/7 air demand TransAir has proven reliable over the long-term, easy to modify and augment. All drops have integral “swan necks” to prevent condensate finding its way where it should not. We hold a large stock of TransAir fittings and TransAir Pipe ready for short notice projects TransAir Pipework Brochure. We mainly install TranAir in the sizes 17mm, 25mm, 40mm and 63mm diameter. Pipework comes in 6m lengths and its smooth internal bore relative to galvanised pipework allows 40mm TransAir to be installed where previously 2” Galvanised would be needed, without adversely affecting pressure loss across the system.
The Mappress system offers a great looking finish and the security of knowledge that the system will be free from corrosion.

Clean room pipework always needs close coordination to get the details right. From making sure pipework is at the edge of the tile to avoiding lights, it all proves a tricky coordination challenge. With pipework projects you need to work well with other contractors, and keep in close coordination with site controllers who have busy areas to manage, and designs that are evolving.
Galvanised Pipework Systems:
Galvanised pipework still has its place, especially when making small changes to legacy systems and in the plant room. We supply and install pipework from ½” to 3” and hold a good stock of galvanised pipefittings to cover most emergency situations.
